Lights, Camera.....POSE!!! (November 03 2008)

The lights were flashing, the models were posing and Talent PEI was off to a great start for its 2009 marketing program. On October 26, 2008, Talent PEI held its annual marketing photo shoot. Composite shots were done with three distinctive looks to provide Talent PEI with the right marketing images to provide sassy yet professional artwork for their events.
Photographer Leigh Elliott provided top notch, high quality craftsmanship while working with local aspiring models. Samara Meade, Heather Tasker, Blake Caissie and Coady Gallant were the participating models in the shoot. Each individual offers their own unique style to modeling and Talent PEI encouraged these attributes for the shoot. Hair Stylist and Creative Director for Talent PEI, Angela Lockert, pulled out some of the most unique hair styles to hit the market of PEI today. “They’re bold, they’re fun, they are the type of styles you see on runways but could wear on an everyday basis” Lockert comments. This year Talent PEI had the chance of working with a new makeup artist who has been trained in Toronto for Makeup. Korina Murphy provided the shoot with makeup support as if she was painting a canvass to be showcased to the world. “I like to use a wide variety of makeup from different companies. Some companies can offer better products than others, I like to use the best of everything to maximize my potential” Murphy commented. Clothing was provided by Pseudio and Samuel and Co., a local clothing store located in Charlottetown. Directing for the shoot was provided by Aaron Murphy, Executive Director of Talent PEI. “The amount of talent just waiting to be molded into a masterpiece is so oversaturated in this market that having these opportunities for these individuals is something that means a great deal to us”.
Talent PEI is now getting geared up for their next event taking place at the end of November. More details to follow on that event.
